When and Where?

We’ll start GearUp!2011  on Wednesday 28th December 2011 at 12am with Staff Training day and during Wednesday we will also welcome in the guests from abroad.

The event will open for delegates on Thursday afternoon 29th December 2011 at 4pm and will end on Monday afternoon  2nd January 2012 after the last meeting at 4pm.

GearUp! is held in Majakka Centre in Espoonlahti, the address is Rantaharju 6, 02230 Espoo.

How much does it cost?

Registration fee for the whole duration of the event is 90 €/person
Young person under 14 years 45 €
Childred under 7 years 30 €
Children under 3 years 0 €

Accommodation is located at the Majakka-centre (the event venue)
where each registered delegate gets a matress.
If you pay buy cash on site, we will need to charge €5 commission fee.

How to get there?

By plane

Helsinki airport is the closest airport and approximately 20minutes drive from the venue. We recommend that once you have booked your flights you contact us so we can arrange a pick up from the airport for you. If possible we recommend that you would try to fly together with others who are coming from your area. When you have booked your flights and would like to get our help with the transport, please email your flight schedule to us at gearup[at]network4youth.net

By car

We recommend for the drivers to use a map services and to print a map. You can try for example Google maps.

By bus

The bus 132 goes from Helsinki centre, near Kamppi. You get off at “Sepetlahti” bus stop, the bus ride will take about 20 min from Helsinki centre. If you want to know more please check the website www.reittiopas.fi/en.
