Register to GearUp2011!
Registration fee includes accommodation, breakfast, two warm meals
and an evening snack for each day during the event. Because we are
gathered as a family, each delegate is expected to help with small
duties to do with running the event - this is also a great way to get
to know each other better.
The online registration closes December 19th at 12pm.
Registration fee
Registration fee for the whole duration of the event is 90 €/person
Young person under 14 years 45 €
Children under 7 years 30 €
Children under 3 years 0 €
Accommodation is located at the Majakka Centre (the event venue) where each registered delegate gets a mattress.
After filling the online registration form you will receive an email invoice.
Invoice email will tell you all the information you need for
paying the registration fee. Your registration will become valid once you
have paid the registration fee. If you are unable to pay via online money
transfer, let us know at gearup[at]network4youth.net and you can pay by
cash on site. If you pay by cash on site, you will be charged 5€ commission fee.
If you have to cancel your registration and you will do it before the registration closes,
we will return your payment (with commission fee of 10€ reduced from the payment)
Worship
All are invited to participate in our worship sessions. If you play any instrument and you want to join with that worshiping God, please bring your instrument with you! We will have a ‘house band’ but you can join in to play with them. (Have you seen the School of Rock movie?) We want our worship to God to be creative and free where everyone is welcome to express their hearts to God! If you are bringing your instrument, please let us know and email gearup[a]network4youth.net

With the registration form you can also apply to become a part of our staff.
For staff the registration fee is 75€.
Serving as a member of the GearUp! staff is an amazing opportunity to be part in enabling God's work during the event. As a member of staff, you'll be a part of a team assigned to a specific task. You'll be expected to spend about 2-4 hours daily in your assigned duty. We're looking for team players, who are eager to serve God and love others.
